Harbor Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization building its first full annual public report. This page explains what we intend to publish and how we will present our work responsibly as we proudly serve Texas.
What we will report
A practical picture of access, activity, stewardship, and governance.
Public reporting will focus on information that helps donors, partners, participating properties, and the community understand what Harbor Alliance did, how resources were used, and what remains in development.
Program activity
Responsible, non-identifying measures that describe training delivery, completion support, resource use, and prevention-readiness progress.
Financial stewardship
A clear summary of revenue, mission expenses, administrative expenses, and how resources supported charitable and educational purposes.
Governance & safeguards
Board oversight, policy development, privacy practices, accessibility, and the boundaries that protect responsible program use.
Publication process
Report only what can be supported.
Harbor Alliance will not use placeholder numbers, unsupported impact claims, or private case information to create the appearance of maturity. The first report will follow a documented review process.
Complete the operating year
Harbor Alliance will collect a full-year record of program activity and nonprofit operations before publishing annual totals.
Review and verify
Program, financial, and governance information will be reviewed for accuracy, appropriate context, and protection of private information.
Publish a public report
The completed report will be posted here with clear explanations of activity, limitations, stewardship, and next-year priorities.

Contributions support the general nonprofit mission, including training access, prevention resources, public awareness, technology, and accountable operations.
