Report suspected child sexual exploitation
Send suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other child sexual exploitation directly to NCMEC’s CyberTipline. A Harbor case supports follow-up; it does not submit a CyberTipline report for you or replace a required report.
Know where things stand
- 1
Share the essential details
Provide a web address or platform reference and a brief, non-graphic description. If you already reported it, include the report reference when available.
- 2
Follow review and escalation
Your account keeps the case reference and a timeline of recorded updates. Add relevant information or ask Harbor Alliance to review an escalation request.
- 3
See the recorded outcome
Closure states what happened. A confirmed removal requires recorded confirmation for the specific material; a referral, unanswered request, or unavailable page does not mean removal was confirmed.
Before you submit
Do not download, upload, screenshot, forward, or paste abusive images, videos, or chat logs. This portal accepts report details, not files. Do not investigate or revisit harmful material to check it yourself.
Leave out victim names, home addresses, passwords, and other unnecessary identifying details.
What your updates mean
The timeline shows Harbor Alliance’s recorded actions. It is not a live view into a platform or law enforcement investigation. Harbor cannot promise a response time, investigation, or removal.
OVIS organizes this case workflow. Authorized people review cases and record decisions; reports are not automatically sent to an AI service.
Your account, your case history
Cases are linked to your account, so this is not an anonymous reporting service. You can view your own cases; authorized Harbor reviewers can access cases for review and follow-up. Case details are not published on a community map.
